Good morning folks, Happy Saturday My Friday is done!

You know, all of his pieces & parts have certainly created a handsome rooster!

Now the Littlies are out from underfoot the man & I have resumed a number of jobs we didn't want to undertake while there were curious kiddies running about. Our premises are dangerous enough without adding to that unnecessarily.

At the end of a long & exhausting day the man decided to do a last quick job & anchor the 2 sleepers that begin the downhill run extension in preparation for a good start to the next day's more difficult exercise of getting the next 2 in place where the hill starts to drop down.

Naturally I thought this was a good idea.
Naturally all the temporary fencing came down.

Naturally the next day bucketed down & the wind wailed about the headlands.
The girls have been confined for 2 days & are getting desperate.
The weather does not look like it is about to ease up any time soon.
I am going to have to rig something up so they can have a run.

Beatha was hoping someone would share even though the end box was spare & empty.

Wrold was demonstrating *raised hackles* & her best pancake impression.
How such a little girl can spread her bum so far I have no idea!

And she's prepared to fight for her nest.
This already looks like being a long, long summer.

They do. They might have been anyway to discourage my Campine Girls from laying all round the yard. This way I didn't have to make the call.
