I won't open a whole discussion on oysters but I will say I started out hating them, now I love them. I had to learn it and it was worth the effort!
It took me at least 25 years to be willing to try sushi but now I can't get enough. Raw oysters are amazing. :drool

The Hershey hotel used to do a brunch with an unlimited raw bar that was amazing. This was pre COVID of course
