Arthritis is a bummer. It seems once things start up, for a fall or age or what not, it never settles back down.

I have terrible arthritis all through my spine. I'm thankful that so far I don't have pain, just numbness and occasionally weakness if I over do it.

I'm finding that out about arthritis and I just the numbness is already here. that might be why I feel since I lost all feeling in my right knee. Everyone has said that it looks good so that makes me feel better.

You'll have people asking you why you tried to commit suicide if they see that!
I hope that doesn't itch too much. The stiches I had in my ankle when I broke my leg drove me mad with the itching for a couple of days.

Oh my I hope not. Not much itching yet, but that will happen I'm sure.

It's looking really good Sue...not a whole lot of bruising as far as I can tell from the picture! I'm glad there doesn't appear to be any damage in your knee and hip...that's a can of worms you don't want to deal with!

Thanks Rene, I'm ready for it to all be healed and no more problems, but I know that will take time.

Good morning everyone

Just got back and he looked at the x-rays and said he sees arthritis in my knee and hip, but not much. He said we will revisit it in 3 weeks when I go back. I had Bob take a picture after it was unwrapped.

Oh no, my cats have tried my coffee & found it not to their liking. I'm sure Olivia would have tried it if allowed. My fault. She'd spent all morning being fed & watered from old tea cups.

So you taught her good things come from cups then. Not the best animal trainer.....

Josh is 'meeting' the dogs tonight. He is definitely growling and hissing at them. He's not running away though. He's just taking it all in.

I'm reassuring everyone that it's ok. Even if animals can't understand our words, they understand our tone.

Josh and Scooby met for the first time last night. No one hissed, growled, or raised fur. Josh kept making this cute little trill at Scoobs. ❤

I'm hoping this weekend to have him out and about in the house.

They are so adorable. Great news that they met amicably. That Josh is such a sweetie. I can just hear his trills in my mind's...ear?

Not at all! Thanks for the photo update Grammy. Hurrah the stitches are out!

I was thinking that if you are on blood thinners Grammy, that a lot of the pain in your hip and knee might be deep bruising. I'm glad the x-rays showed nothing worse than mild arthritis.

Ouch. No wonder it's sore!
