Thanks, Bob. I do watch them as closely as I can. Dorothy laid a soft lie from the roost last night. Daylight savings is helping with more observation time, though today it was raining and my daughter needed help with something, so they got zero free range time and my time with them was minuscule. I’m sorry I have been unable to keep up on this thread, @Ribh.A large portion is knowing what is normal for them and then what looks off. Yes, they hide things well but if you really know them and how they behave, you can spot things early.
@micstrachan is someone who strikes me as excellent at this even though her time with herflocktribe can be very limited.
