Ribh's D'Coopage

This morning's sunrise. We have huge amounts of sea mist & haze again ~ so unusual for here.

@CrazyChookChookLady those eggs are gorgeous! And the little chick is so sweet:jumpy

Is it ok if we all share flock photos because I've got a goog one at last :)
Oh, please! Just because it's got my name on this thread doesn't mean I want to hog the limelight. I hope everyone shares all sorts of interesting things in their lives!:hugs

lol I thought I had overwhelmed you.:thI lost Nugget & Namaste, my black Australorps, but this is Lavender, my frizzle.View attachment 1857009

This was the girls from left to right top bar: Namaste, Suyin, Ha'penny, Luna, Patricia, Tuppence, Sodapop, Pebbles, Hepzibah & Nugget.
2nd bar: Lottie & Lavender.

I'm after some blue layers next time. I couldn't get them last time.

Wait a minute.... What is Luna doing? She looks like she's sniffing Ha'penny in a very risky manner :tongue

Ok! Here they are under the scrawny trees last weekend

It's a bit grainy because I had to keep my distance.

Mary the Australorp, Janet the Barnevelder, and Sandy the red layer.

Still no eggs from Mary. One every second day from Janet. 5-6 a week from Sandy.

New chickens will be a while yet. Maybe September ~ but I do want to replace the girls I lost & maybe add a couple more. Hoping the run will be fixed properly before then ~ & maybe even a little bigger. Am working on the man... :D
