Ribh's D'Coopage

Thanks, RC. I'm growing mint & it spreads like a weed round here so that @ least is easy~peasy.
Yup it takes over. I freeze some sprigs of mint so I have it in winter too. I am thinking of introducing into the Chicken Palace Gardens as I think it will give the Princesses a run for their money.

Oh! I love cilantro! I like parsley too but prefer cilantro. It is wonderful with a curry! 🥰
I Googled cilantro as I wondered what it was, I thought it was something new but apparently we call it coriander 😂, In that case, I love both too. Isn't it funny, some of the different names we have for things, I thought I knew them all already.

In the US only the dried seeds are called coriander. I think you would call that coriander seed (vs coriander which is the leaf).

When I make Pico de gallo, I make two batches: 1 with parsley and 1 with cilantro.
Cilantro is what MAKES Pico de Gallo!! Hot peppers are TOTALLY unnecessary (nor desirable in my case).

The creative urge has been nagging me.
:yesss:

What about Morrocan Tea; sweet, green, mint, tea basically?
I'll be having some with my lamb salad at the Moroccan restaurant in Northampton MA Thursday. Have an optometrist appointment. Can't find lamb chops in a restaurant anywhere near here.
