Ribh's D'Coopage

I'm sure you will get through all of this.

Changing the subject. .
Wow your girls are loud , I should send my loud princess over she could do with some competition.
I played your clip and my dog and cat woke up and sat bolt upright :D
It's Portia. She's a Wyandotte frizzle. Wyandottes honk. Ask @BY Bob about it. :lau

Thanks, Lozzy. :hugsI've contacted the uni wellness centre. Apparently I have some PTSD which is affecting how I operate. Any stress is likely to send me for a loop & of course studying is quite stressful in some ways. I did consider deferring but then what would I do? Figure it's better to just plough ahead.
That was a very smart thing to do. The wellness team will document your situation and then back you up if you need to ask for extensions to your deadlines. It's definitely a good idea to plough ahead to the first batch of final grades. I was shocked at how high my grades were in my first semester because I felt so incompetent. What actually happened is that negative feeling drove me to work harder and I tried to really nut things out (not that I grasped everything I worked on) so I ended up doing better than the other students who were blissfully unaware and breezing through.

This is my boy begging for a belly tickle

Does your uni offer RAs (Reasonable Adjustment) Ribh? I had one in my final year, which meant if I needed an extension on a deadline I was granted it. It also meant my lecturers were aware of my mental health and took that into consideration. It was a life-saver!

I think it's quite common for mature students to know and feel their incompetency (and therefore work very hard) while the younger ones go through happy and clueless (and do the bare minimum).
I can totally understand the difficulties in regards of communicating with others. I was once in that situation myself but somehow got through that now
