We have a new normal. While everyone was cross & out of sorts I was supervising roosting to ensure Miss meanie broody~pants didn't beat everyone up & got up on a roost like she was supposed to. A week later apparently everyone was waiting on me showing up before showing me how nicely they can all line up & hop up on a roost with no pecking & no fighting! Good grief! It was almost dark. I expected to just have to say good~night. Instead I was greeted by a rapturous chorus before they did their butter wouldn't melt routine.

Good for them. They figured it all out again and showed you how mature they have become. It was like a recital. See all lessons you paid for were worth it.
