Ribh's D'Coopage

And now for something completely different!
This is the lightweight prayer shawl I made my mother for Christmas. Excuse the grubby toe. I've been in the chook pen.

Not having a beautiful model...:lau:lau
It can be swung round & worn as a scarf as well so here's hoping she likes it!

That is beautiful. I love that vibrant color.

I just want to be careful. I am always glad to hear your reasoning. Makes us all smarter as well. I always try to include my reasoning as well. Frequently the reasoning leads to the right answer as we group discuss.
I didn't want you to think I was shirty @ you. I wasn't. Just thinking out loud & grateful for eveyrone's input.[/QUOTE]

I try to be extremely easy going here. It is hard to offend me. I always try to understand the limitations of our communications medium and presume the best of everyone. Don't ever worry about that.

One of the best things about our threads is all the discussion, and I don’t think any of us are getting our knickers in knots over it, thankfully! Even when we all go off on our rants or get up on our personal soapboxes about stuff. I love that everyone gets along and despite all our differences it always stays respectful. We all get gold stars for cooperation! :yesss:

I agree! I love the positive attitudes and approaches everyone takes. I feel the great support on here and am truly grateful for it.

Lovely Ribh, as usual :)

Are those beads I spy on the edging?
Yes beads. :) This is a lovely pattern off Raverly but it's basically make up your own edging. My math being what it is I about had conniptions! I worked off someone else's edging for a different project but wanted the beading ... It took a bit.:he

I was quite worried about the girls in the heat. We are not supposed to be using a hose on the garden at the moment but I still watered over my chickens to cool them down :D
I'd be doing the same. Chooks are livestock & the heat isn't good for them.

Just because this medium is limited is no excuse for bad manners. I'd rather take the time to clarify than be thought rude ~ but I'm with you & Chris; this little group does well in the respect & polite departments & it's one reason I love it so much! :)

We had to duck up to the shop right on dinner time.
This is what we came home to...
If looks could kill...:lau

Ribh's cats: "Look, it's not that we don't trust you and your friends. It's the random strangers we don't trust and we worry about your safety when you're not home on time. So we need you to respect your curfew from now on, ok? Home by dindin time, no excuses. We can look at extending your curfew for special occasions and next year, when you're a little older. But you're going to have to earn it by proving you can respect our agreements in the meantime. Ok? Good. Now let's eat."
