Ribh's D'Coopage

I want a baby alligator... we had one growing up.. we had it for about two years so it was a tiny thing.. that’s what I want.. a tiny one.. one of my boys snagged one while fishing at our camp.. I’ll find the pic... too big for me to keep!

Ribh, your bee house looks lovely! And oh, the view :bow
WhoDat, I cannot share your enthusiasm for a pet 'gator, though I understand them as a tourist deterrent...:gig [I sooo wish Kris could actually do this. I'm sure the stories would be worth the telling!]

:fl for the bees. The book was neatly wrapped in bubble wrap @ the bottom of the box but it is 246 quarto pages of small print!:thI don't know when I shall have time in the immediate future...

I love our view! It can't be built out. It is still all mangroves & mud directly opposite us so we will never see it decimated by houses. It soothes my soul. :)

Aside from the fact that I'm old and generally can't sleep past 4, I get up as early as I do so I can be fully awake for work. I lived in a profession for 20 years where bone headed mistakes would get you politically killed. Not so anymore, but old habits die hard.
Yep. I'm up hours before John yet not really awake when he surfaces. Slow to get the old engine revving these days. :)

My last life, I started work at 5:30 and would often go to 9:00PM. It took some time but I managed to convince everyone that 6 12 hour days was tops without error. And don't ask me to do complex math or programming at 5:00PM.
:lau Don't ever ask me to do complex math or programming! Oh. My.

I’m the opposite... a night owl turned farmer, lol! After 13 years of 5pm-1:30am and 3-11:30 pm with 1-2 hours commuting each way making the switch to mornings is finally complete after a couple years of struggling, but you still don’t want me attempting even simple math or anything complex before 11am!
