Not just the lighthouse (and I do love a pretty lighthouse)... that is a sweet ride Bob! I never thought an Alfa Romeo would lookthat good in blue, makes the red ones look cheap and plastic.

I am madly impressed you can tell one car from another just by looking! The only car I can tell by sight is a VW *bug*.

So sorry for your loss RIP Pebbles, you were loved. It sounds as though she passed peacefully, and sometimes there’s nothing we can do to help them. When it’s time to go, it’s time to go... for every creature on earth.

Update on the barrier islands......

My family finally got off the island today at 6:30 pm. They had to drive through water over 2 feet deep to do so. I'm very glad my car did not make it on the island. It could not go through water that deep.

There is a movie that will be coming out soon- don't recall the title but it's about developing a car to beat beat a Ferrari in races. I think with Matt Damon & Christopher Bale.

You and I have lots in common Ribh. I usually describe cars by colour and the number of doors. Though I can tell apart a station wagon and a sedan...one has a boot right?

Loved the pictures, Bob and Kris. Sue's got some we took yesterday from an overlook on the Cumberland river. We've lived here four years and had no idea it was there.
