I don't trust them - even with their mouth taped shut. Besides then can smack you with their tail and save you underwater for their next meal. I hates them!!!

Good girls

At my place Janet and Mary are both in the nest box. Sandy is still off her game, so she's off drinking water droplets that have formed on the underside of my chicken watching garden bench.

They are sooooo cute when they're little. Chose not to live in croc country here though. And yes, I know yours are alligators...aren't they? The scenery is gorgeous!

Yes, gators... I’d love to have a newly hatched one... we had one growing up..

Good girls

Yes, I've had 5 eggs so far this morning. The girls are a bit off their game with losing Pebbles. She was a great little layer!

We went on a swamp tour today... this is very close to where we live... lots of pics.. sorry poor quality.. I took these with my tablet off of my phone.. I never go on BYC on my phone..
If you look closely there is an alligator in almost every pic.. I wish I could get a little of that action going. I put the ceramic eggs back in the nests yesterday to remind them. I hope they remember soon.
