Ribh's D'Coopage

This is a much more peaceful roosting event than last night's fiasco. I arrived a little later but the same 3 girls as last night were all still outside. Lottie is usually first to roost. She likes that left hand corner. Tuppence is often beside her. They are my lowest ranking hens. Luna will often 1/2 spread her wings for lower ranking hens to shelter under if there's a lot of pecking going on. She is such a stable influence in the flock! And Lavender always carries on like a raving lunatic ~ though she got herself up & settled with far less fuss & bother than usual.

Love the video. All that space and they jam together like sardines just to be on the top perch.:love

Good evening folks :frow

I think when it comes to phones today, one's best bet is find a 20 year old to show you what you want to do/can do... I find it ironic that my company actually puts in all our job adds "experience with a computer, keyboard and mouse" as a requirement to get the job. Who would have thought in this day and age of tech, that there would be young people who've never used an actual computer.

We have that on our job postings but unless you test for it anyone can say they do. I had a sales rep recently that could not really use the Microsoft Office suite. She could not create professional presentations or proposals. I was forever fixing them for her. It was so bad I could not let her send anything directly to a customer without me reviewing it first. I never thought that a sales professional in this day and age would not be able to use Office. We did consider adding formal testing to our vetting process but decided that we would vet them more carefully ourselves.

Your choice is the better one. I've actually failed one of the office tests and most consider me a pro. I guess the test only scored you correct if you accomplished the objective their way.
