Oh ma ga! Are you in (or were in) Waikiki!?! I’m so jealous ... my most favorite vacay ever!!!

That is from this time of year 5 years ago, 2015. We spent 2 weeks in Hawaii, 1 on Maui and 1 week on Oahu. It’s the only vacation we have ever taken more than 1 week long. We loved it.

I'm still waiting to hear about this car. Not that I'm knowledgeable. All I really know is they have 4 wheels & go vroom, vroom.

I can't help Ribh. I don't do integrations. All the newcomers are hatched here by mums and the mums do all that stuff.
On the few occasions I've had rescues here they've never integrated with an existing tribe. They just do their own thing.

That's ok, Shad. Better than being told I'm a flaming ijit who shouldn't be allowed to keep chickens. Once I bite the bullet it has to be all or nothing. Those flaming Campines!

Your Araucana’s appear to have beards and muffs rather than top knots like Alice...

Yes to muffs & beards but the jury is still out on what's going on on top. They appear to have these funny little crests ~ nothing like your girl's full grown mop. More the pudding basin version.

From 2009 to 2011 there were some forced integrations here. I put a stop to that when I finally took over the chickens completely.
