I'm so ready for this week to end. Rich's dad died Wednesday morning. It was a blessing, but it's still been very hard for him.

I've been sick and my doctor has ordered me to self quarantine. I don't have COVID-19, but because I work in a doctor's office I have to stay home.

I just want things to go back to normal.

I’m sorry to hear about your week CCCL. I hope you are feeling better soon and Rich can have some closure. I hadn’t thought; how is CO-VID 19 going to affect funerals?!

I do not either! But apparently chickens are the exception ... that’s why I was wondering if too much! Should I get rid of the crazy one

Nope! Both of them are quite small; the window is big enough for the both of them!

We still have those. I know they are meant to be advisory in case of an accident but I’ve always disliked them.

Australia went through a trend of ‘My family’ stickers. You could buy individual stick figures to represent your family members, including pets. I detested those. They didn’t have any chickens!

I have a broody too ... it is Cutie this time.. white Cochin bantam.. last year Tunie went broody and she was very young also.. just like your gal.. but Tunie was pretty easy to break.. not so with Cutie.. I’ll try and get a pic of her in jail..

I am over broodies... We went all summer with the Rocks. Now it is an Aracauna.

Poor Suyin!

I might feel sorry for her if she wasn't such a PITA. Her personality irritates me. She is mean to just about everybody, a bit of a bully & wants me all to herself. I have hens who should be far more annoying but have endearing traits to compensate. If Suyin has them she is keeping them well hidden! Just the same, she has her place in the flock & her sister is a truly wonderful hen. Comparisons are unfair but I would have a flock of Lunas if I could. She is so calm, so fair, so kind ~ in fact everything you could want from a middle order hen & she lays a good sized brown egg regularly & never goes broody on me!
