Terrific about the car. It's great having just the right car for your needs. Love the Blue Jay!Good morning all!! I'm slowly getting caught up with all the threads again, buy does that take time. LOL
Last night I picked up my new to me SUV. I'm so excited to have it! Now we can fit all 3 kids and both dogs in one car. It was a friend's car that she didn't need anymore.

Last night I was sitting outside relaxing after dark and Scooby pays me a visit. He drops something at my feet, now it's dark no lights on and all I see is a bit of white. I picked it up thinking it was a toy, it was not a toy, it was a fledgling Blue Jay!!
I run into the house with it, thinking it's going to be tore up and I'll need to try and save it. Nope! Not a feather out of place, not a scrape on him. I think Scooby found it and thought it was one of the chicks and brought it to me.
We have several pairs of Blue Jays in our trees so I'm sure it's one of theirs. I put him in my hanging basket by the basement door so his folks will find him. The parents feed in my back yard, so I'm sure they'll see him. I checked on him this morning and he was just perfect!!

I was on a video call with Anna and the only way to take his picture at that time was by screenshot.
That is special.Thought of Sue as I took this this morning.
I know how much she enjoys a pretty landscape.
Praying for continued steady improvement.

She had a tramatic stroke over 30 years ago. She is mostly recovered.
That is great news. I'm so happy that she is improving.Good morning folksSue has had another good day. She now has her phone with her and I'll bring her her tablet tomorrow. Every day she's becoming more lucid and hates the boredom. I can't tell you how excited she was to have 90 work emails and 400 personal emails. Not to mention FB messages and private messages. she had great conversation with the grand kids and her brother today. I asked her today why she zones out... She like: "I'm bored." so I'm now bringing in all her electronics. Depending on the nurse this might turn into a battle... She doesn't want her using her Right arm for anything, yet she uses it for everything.
Yes, It is a very long story but we were just starting out lives together. We had been married about 6 days when it happened.Wow, that would have made her really young, wouldn’t it? I’m glad she has quality of life again.![]()
