Correct me if I haven't understood correctly, but aren't EEs a hybrid Aracauna X? That being so, wouldn't it make sense they'd have very different personalities depending on their parentage?

I can see this ending in tears. Some eggs will hatch and much to everyones surprise a friendly little cockerel appears. Ribh does her sit down feeding bit and WOW, she's straight on BYC telling us all how the little cockerel sat on her lap.
As the cockerel grows up he's the only chicken that is proactively nice to Ribh. He sits on her lap and tells her when I grow up, you're going to be my favourite hen. Ribh is smitten and becomes a full time wattle fondler. I mean, no one will notice a crows out here on the island she thinks and it's not like we get inspected by the 'authorities'.
Of course, the hens hate him at first. But, as he learns what he should be doing some of the hens get into a huddle one day saying 'girls, you know what that irritating male means? BABIES!'

It's a good thing I am a law abiding citizen or between you & @BY Bob I would be swimming in roosters like @Kris5902 ~ who I hope is doing well & nearly has a liveable in house!
