Make sure they check for a kidney infection! I developed sepsis from when I had a kidney stone...I also had an infection and didn't know it! 9 days in the hospital with less than 15% chance of surviving! I hope this doesn't sound like TMI, I just can't emphasize enough the importance of making sure!

It's funny you say that, my doctor just called and said I have a raging kidney infection. Thank God for the urine sample!

Antibiotics are being called in and now that I know what it is, I'll be watching for further signs.

I'm so sorry, that you are so miserable and I'm so glad that they checked for a UTI, so probably not muscle but kidney! I hope you get quick relief with the antibiotics! The problem I had was the combination...it blocked the flow of urine out of the kidney...and then sepsis set in! Feel better soon!!!
