Ooooh they're very cute!

I can't make out which is which. Are the Japanese bantams in the foreground?

Sorry it took so long @BY Bob but I had to set up the brooder & settle the Vorwerks before I could take pics.

Thanks MJ. :hugs The white is a Jap. The black is a Jap. The light buff is the Belgian; she has blue spots so should be rather striking. The frizzle is the periscope & the blue Wyandottes are sort of hidden. I will try for better pictures eventually.

I will try for a picture once they have settled a bit. She still has feathers coming in so looks a bit ratty @ the moment but should be a really striking bird in a few weeks.

Congratulations...some more beautiful ladies for your gorgeous flock! :love I can't wait to see more of them! How old are the Vorwerks?

I had to pick up food at the feed store today and went to look at the chicks...they were completely sold out...good thing...I might have come home with some! 😬

They're getting close to POL. I'm not sure exactly but more the size I am used to. The Littles are very little but should be ok off heat. They just need to be a bit bigger before they go out in the coop with the Vorwerks but by then they can probably go in the big coop. It's a bit of a circus this time round. I wanted Aracaunas but apparently the rooster is not doing his job. She has a new one coming so I asked her to let me know if someone goes broody & she gets chicks.

So, once she has an accommodating rooster, you will get to do this all over again...;) I hope the temperaments closely match your last batch! This bunch are truly as beautiful as your others. I'm so excited for you! :love
