Ribh's D'Coopage

:frow Good morning Bob, have a great day... Two whole days idiot free. My new boss is a real piece of work.
I'm so sorry about that. A bad boss is a frustration that never solves itself. It seems like they never go away. :hugs

I continue to struggle with the inherent lack of knowledge in my group along with the arrogance that they don't need to learn and that everything needs to fit their model. Simple concepts that are essential to one business don't fit the existing model of another. Rather than set something up to accomodate them, new twisted means of doing things should be devised instead. I don't understand how businesses survive sometimes.

I thought Olivia was going to stay out of the Pecking Order stakes but no...
she decided to take on the largest of the Vorwerks. She shot straight up, getting a good 6" higher than the Vorwerk, scared herself silly & shot away to think about it some more. 🤣
The man says my tiny feather dusters have short person's disease & are out to prove the point that size does not matter.

I should probably spoiler this... but it is true for humans as well. My Ex dropped a very large spool of rope (600 lbs ish) on his big toe at work. The nail ended up deeply embedded in his toe and it got really infected. He was on an absolutely Massive doseage of antibiotics to clear it up.
This anecdote made my toe throb. Funny how the mind works 🤔

Such lazy thinking. I like to call it xbox thinking, but saying so usually gets me in lots of trouble with all the people who play xbox.

This is very much institutional inertia. We do things this way. Make it fit our way. They sell widgets. They bought a software company. It is not the same stuff. So they expect the star shape to fit into the round hole just like all their round pegs. Just shave all those points off. In fact, don't even tell us about the points. We will just ignore them.

Eventually they will lose over half the customer base and blame the product for being no good.
