Sorry to keep posting these photos on your thread @Ribh but I just can't seem to help myself. I was a bit too late to get a good sunrise effect but this is what I encountered this morning.

Brrrrrr I'm not used to the cold. I've got two cardies and one jumper on.

Wow. That's wrapped up. I'm still in my dressing gown with the fire raging. @ least I didn't have to light it this morning. The man beat me up. I heard the lads go through about 3am checking crab pots & had trouble getting back to sleep.

@Sue: How is your wrist doing? Been a while since you gave us an update. Hope you are doing well healthwise.

My wrist is doing much better, they say I will have pain for awhile. My shoulder still hurts everyday, but I'll get through it with my exercises. My headaches are still here, but most days are not bad. My knee has not given out again, but there are times that it feels like it's going to. Going down stairs is always fun as my knee feels like rubber or something similar. I'm sure I forgot something, but that's enough for now. Thank you for asking
