Comfrey is a herb, not a spice. It's used for wounds & bones. My man used to ride bikes & he grew it for that. I've heard it called Healall & Knitbone but I've always been told it's not to be taken internally.Is this a spice I have never heard of?
Comfrey? It's a herb. The juice from the roots is supposed to be good for bruises (externally). You can make a poultice of the leaves for skin ailments too.Is this a spice I have never heard of?

We used to have a cat tower so well. Perhaps my cats would like some shelves.
Yes they love being up high too so they can look down on us mere humans.
We did have a floor to ceiling cat tower but the shelves take up a lot less room.
