Ribh's D'Coopage

I did a few for my various cats but it seemed to key off just a few questions and didn't capture the very different relationship I have with each cat.
I agree ~ plus my cats are definitely on the weird side & like to mix things up. Kirby, who is independent & will visit the neighbours, runs & hides @ the mere hint of a visitor while co~dependent Marlow rushes out to greet them with his tail high & waving like a pennant! Marlow likes to lie beside me, but rarely on me, Kirby the other way round. They are brothers & share a lot of the same genetics but they are very different personalities & I react with each differently.

Good evening everyone 😴😊

Definitely not a free I would park under 😒, but wow that's a lot of birds !!

I 'm so happy Gloriana is doing better !! 😍
No, our parking space is a long way from it  Thank you for the good thoughts for Gloriana. She is definitely improving though her poops are still decidedly...interesting. :lau

I love your photos! ❤️ Always such interesting things to look @ in them.
Oh, thanks! I'm so used to everything, I take it all for granted. I used to know a few artists and I made a point of buying an artwork every time there was an exhibition (I still do but there aren't many exhibitions these days). Also I work more and socialise less, but it's nice to see reminders of younger me hanging on the walls :) and the kitchen dresser was a recent gift from my aunty who relocated up to the Gold Coast. She stayed with me a couple of weeks ago and said, "ohhhh my dresser" and touched it, so I think she's happy with where I've put it.

I forget the category exactly, but Bloss and I got independent from each other and yet she sits on me purring this minute and always sleeps on my bed with me. But she's very food-oriented, so she really doesn't care who opens her tins. And she prefers her own company to the company of other cats.

Wonderful dresser story. It is amazing how good you can make people feel by caring for their gifts to you.

I was so happy when I saw her joy :D it turned into a circle of affectionate delight. I took time off and we spent a marvellous afternoon under the pergola, sipping wine, nibbling cheese, chatting and doing a jigsaw puzzle 🥰

Sounds like my Belle. She's usually doing her own thing but come the evening she will find someone's lap to curl up in and sleeps on me during the night.

We were on the mainland today & had agreed that we'd try the cafe [a la the old boat shed] on the other side of the marina creek.

The views are fantastic & on a warm summer's day it would be something very special but today, even in the sun, it was decidedly chilly. The food was nothing special though perfectly edible

And as we found our seats we watched our youngest son coming in from an early morning's crabbing.

The chickens might have been peeved @ our absence but everybody now gets to eat!
