Nah! I've never seen the chooks start stripping bark from the trees, which is what this fella was doing before I detered him.

Happy Caturday

Davis has been very regal this weekend.

I found China flat on her back in the run this week.
Glad I found her when I did as we have a whole murder of crows that have been hanging round for weeks. Her crop was completely empty.
No idea what her issue was but I have been shoving electrolytes down her throat and hand feeding her for the past few days. She was really hungry so I wonder if it was the feathering round her eyes preventing her from seeing both food, water & her surroundings. I have trimmed them and she is up, moving with the tribe, eating & her crop looks full this morning. I will check properly a bit later & give her some more tuna.​
