Thanks for helping to test different solutions. Our team is looking into the issue and hopefully will find the problem soon.

Here are a few questions that will help them find, duplicate, and hopefully resolve the problem you are having. Go through these questions and reply with all the details of your problem:

  • How long has the problem been happening? When did it start? If only one time, what day and time did it happen?
  • VERY IMPORTANT: Which browser and version are you using (eg., Firefox 3.5.9, Internet Explorer 7, etc.)
  • Have you tried disabling all your browser plugins and/or extensions? (Some of these conflict with website features and tools)
  • Have you deleted your internet cache / browser history of files and tried again?
  • VERY IMPORTANT: Have you tried a different browser (we suggest Google Chrome or Firefox)?
 
You are using Win7 IE10. I've had no problems using IE9 under various flavors of Vista.

Try this as an experiment: Open IE10. Press the F12 (top row on keyboard) this will open Developer Tools. Press BROWSER MODE (a list of IE versions will appear). Place The checkmark next to IE9. Go to FILE/EXIT (main menu).

Shut down IE. Run CCleaner (the program I linked to above). Shut down machine/Reboot. Go back to developer tools (reset to IE9 - again - and close Developer Window) sign-in to BYC. Then try to edit Profile.

Please post results (if it works, see if photos will upload correctly as well).

This problem has gone on for about two weeks, inability to edit profile came a day after.
I am using the latest version of Firefox and Google Chrome. I also have Internet Explorer 7; which is not the greatest browser, so I mainly use Firefox.
I have tried both plugin disable and cache clear as well, and no avail.
Have used Google Chrome, Firefox, and Internet Explorer 7.

I actually do not have IE10. I have a 32-bit machine with IE7. I have ran the CCleaner and rebooted, but still no change.

Main machine, here, is XPSP3. Both photo upload, by all available means offered, and editing acount,, as of about 1 minute ago, is still (and has been) working fine. Only difference between browsers? Chrome has always been about 1-2 seconds faster to complete pages served (on all sites). Do have latest versions of Silverlight & Net Framework on board, if that means anything.
