Right chest mass Not the crop

First thank you for stating that the green can be bruising. As a human caregiver green has much more dire possibilities.
Yes, it's alarming until you 'know'.
I remember the first time I saw it.

She plans to take her home with her tonight to watch her, the mass, give fluids etc. No overnight charges just the fluids and meds. Tomorrow we will know more.
That's pretty cool...will the surgeon look at it in the morning?
 
well after a week on IM antibiotics then another week on oral antibiotics staying inside the house and visiting the flock while supervised, eating corn and special scratch, at lest 3 times SQ fluids, a night at the vets, she was going to have surgery finally to remove the lump. No other vet in the area could get her in. She died in route for her surgery. I’m sad i really loved my little chicken. Not sure what the mass was, the green bruising went away but the mass remained hard and defined.
