Right Eye- Was Swollen/Now White

We're at a complete loss about what to do. One of our hens came out with her right eye swollen shut 6 days ago. We immediately isolated her and observed her closely; she was shy at first, but has behaved normally, even laying. We let her out with the other hens yesterday and noticed that one of the others keeps fighting with her. The others all seem fine, though. Today, we had the same fighting issue with the same hen. Her eye is opening, but it's solid white. There doesn't seem to be any discharge or anything, just a white eye. What do we do?

id seperate her, and put some terramycin in her water and see what that does, if it doesnt work id give her a shot of penicilin

Injury to the eye caused swelling. It's healing now, but she's blind in that eye. Put ophthalmic ointment on the eye, no need for other antibiotics.
