Never have seen them in 4 years of having up to 40 birds, but any how apparantly one has them. Im gona treat entire flock, but what is best alternative without catching each one individually? Could i pour apple cider vinegar in there waterer? (On demand 5 gallon bucket with trough) or a powder in feed trough ?

The good news is that it isnt Ringworm. The bad news is that they are Large Roundworms, and most likely all your birds probably have them.

Just for your information; Ringworm is a fungal skin infection. Apple Cider Vinegar does nothing to treat worms.

You need to worm your whole flock and the easiest way for you is to use Levamisole mixed in water. Withhold water from your birds 2 hours the evening before you dose them early the next morning. I recommend that you provide the 5 gallon dosage rate that is recommended in post #73 in this link:

Put the treated water out for them to drink before letting them out of the coop in the morning. They will be thirsty and will readily drink the Levamisole treated water. Leave the water out for them to drink all day long and it must be their sole source of water to drink.
Repeat this procedure for 2 more days, then you're done. The Levamisole will get rid of the large roundworms as well as cecal and capillary worms. There is a 2 week egg withdrawal period after treating your birds with Levamisole. Toss the eggs in the garbage or feed them to hogs, but not your chickens or dogs.
Here's where you can buy Levamisole:
