She voiced Luanne on King of the Hill too. It's always sad when someone dies so young.

I dont know her nor did I like her movies......maybe I'm just too old fashioned. The movie 8 mile was alright.

I watch King of the Hill all the time and I'm just glad that the series ended before she died. It would have been hard to go on without Luanne Platter-Kleinschmidt (that would mean Lucky would have to raise Grace)

Just an interesting note.... Luanne Platter is named for the smaller portion plate at the resturant chain Luby's.

On another note...last week she was seen by a doctor for flu like symptoms.

Apparently she was really really sick. She had been vomiting for a few days too. Just so sad. The coroner said she appeared to be at a healthy weight too.
