How is Chickpea doing? Also, did u ever see/identify the possible predator culprit?

She has improved a lot, and we took her outside to meet with her flock and give her some fresh air, although our most dominant girl was tough on her. She also stumbled a few times while walking and was moving pretty slow. I'm assuming she's sore, so is there any way to make her more comfortable? Thank you

The Chicken Chick is fond of a pain reliever in the Meloxicam family for poultry, maybe you can ask a vet for some to keep on hand for the next injury..I’m glad you found her!

Thank you for asking! She is back to normal there were a few bumps in the road introducing her back to her flock, but everything got straightened out and her feathers are growing back in well! We haven't seen the predator again, and have kept a very close eye on the girls. Hopefully we have better luck in the future!

Glad to hear she is ok. Usually when chickens disappear with only feathers left behind, there is no happy ending. Chickpea is a very lucky girl!
