Also I agree, not RIR. Maybe second generation red sexlink or some type of mix.

Checked with seller and they did have barred rock and leghorns. So maybe Rir/leghorn? Possibly not separated long enough before collecting?

I think the one with its head higher might possibly be female. That or a slower developing cockerel. But the wattles on the one on the right worry me - that one might be male. Hard to tell for sure since I can't see the comb color well in either picture. Best shown in sunlight if possible.
