RIR/BO cross Roo? UPDATE

Thanks, y'all, I really appreciate the extra info on the RIR/BO cross. And the info about rir's combs. I am looking forward to "her" growing up!

Well, I thought I would update ya'll on this guy. He is a huge rooster now. He fooled everyone I knew, then he hit puberty and...wow! He has an awesome crow. Very pleasing sound. I don't have a camera now but I will get a pic when i can.

As it turned out, I am glad he is a boy. I had to sell my other rooster when my hubby lost his job last summer and this guy was the only boy out of a clutch of chickies that hatched late last summer.
