The picture showing the legs, the spurs say cockerel but if it is 1½ years old then it's a hen. There are odd ones that never lay eggs but they are very few. I have a crossed beak who is a pet. She lays well part of the year but other times not. This is Gladys at 2 years old.

If it is 1.5 years old i would say pullet. A rooster should have tail feathers by then

in your picture I see pink legs? RIR should have yellow legs. Her color isn't consistent either like a RIR should be.

The other one we got out of the same bin has yellow legs but the picture is right she does have kinds pink legs.
