RIR Hen or Roo?!!?

The other one we got out of the same bin has yellow legs but the picture is right she does have kinds pink legs.

It could just be poor breeding, but I think it's hard to get pink legs from a yellow leg breed.

I have had chicks who have developed saddle feathers at the age of like 6 weeks
How old is he/she now?
It looks fully grown so I have to say hen

Thanks she/he is 1.5 years, and did have hackle feathers before molt.

Yeah I still would have to say hen
Even if he/she has Spurs sometimes hens have them too and at 1.5 years old definitely a hen

I would assume at 1.5 years old it would be crowing if it was a rooster, no?

At 1.5 years it should be laying or crowing. I'd say pullet.

What breeds do you think ( I got her at murdochs in the RIR bin so she could be a mix)?

She's a production red, which is pretty much a hatchery quality RIR.
