RIR or Production reds & hen or roo?? 4mon old

One of these production reds is laying eggs not sure which one but 1 of them is!!

I have a 14week RIR roo and he just tried to crow this morn, first time!!!, my bantom OE roo has been crowing for 4 weeks he is top dog Yours looks like a Roo to me. click on pic to enlarge.

Production red and roo.

the only thing that is throwing me off is I have no other roo and this on does NOT crow and does not have the few long feather out the tail??? this hen/roo is 4 months old should those be present by now? however there are dark green tail feathers present??

Production reds, and one of them is a cockerel. They will be great egg producers, and he will start crowing soon. His hackle and saddle feathers are starting to elongate and will soon be more prominent and shiney. His tail will also fill out and will contain darker feathers.
