RIR Roo or Hen??

Hello,
Is this a roo or pullet? I picked up my chicks on March 8th from Rural King and the Rhode Island Red was about twice the size of the others when I got her, so I think she was already a week or so old. She is much larger than the other girls and has the only pronounced comb and wattles of the flock so far. She is developing long bluish green tail feathers and seems to be protecting the others when we come around. I've tried looking online and I think she is a he, but not too sure. Do I have a roo?

Thanks everyone for your help. I figured it was a boy...now I just need to figure out what I am going to do with him....
Keep him, send him to the pot, or re-home him.....hmmmm

Are you prohibited from having a roo/crowing bird? If not, I'd consider keeping him until/unless he made me decide otherwise (behaviorally)
