RIR Rooster?

Hi everyone, I'm suspecting by RIR "Marilyn" is really a "Manny". Here's a picture of 'her' at a little over 3 months old, taken 2 weeks ago. Now, those tail feathers are coming in pretty green. The saddle feathers are pretty long and pointy too - completely different than the other RIR you can see in the background. There hasn't been any crowing yet, only loud noises (kind like honking/whining). Assuming this one's a foregone conclusion, and mostly just waiting until I hear a crow. What do you guys think? (I'll try to snap a more recent picture to add later today)

Please take the new photo. That is a lot of comb/waddle for 12 weeks though.

The darker red and shiny feathers on his back are his secondary gender feathers coming in, he is a rooster.

Yep, that's a rooster. Large comb/wattles, thick legs, darker shading on the wings, leggy/gawky stance, plus you can see the start of saddle feathers coming in.
