RIRs gender

Purchased 4 RIR day old pullets at TSC on March 22. I know it’s early but my guess is we have 2 pullets and 2 cockerels. We would like some other input since we’re new to raising chickens. We also purchased 4 Australorps and they do not show any sign of being cockerels yet. Thanks!

I think you are correct. A and B are likely pullets, and C and D are likely cockerels. In another 2 weeks or so you should know for sure.

Yep, that’s what we’re thinking. Funny thing is we purchased 4 straight run and they seem to be all pullets We were trying for one rooster.
