I guess they just wanted to be different.

I don’t where Applebee is from or how far it is but destination weddings in general are hugely popular. Maybe not as much now since the virus? Idk. But I’ve heard of people having them in the Dominican Republic, Scotland, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Mexico, Greece, wherever really. All over the world. These people are all from the U.S. too but just wanted to have it somewhere fun.

True! Plus a lot of people hate destination weddings cause they can’t make it haha like hardly anyone goes I feel like because of how much it costs for people to get there
