IMO, people should not be allowed to graduate HS without taking AND PASSING a personal finance course. Not everyone has parents that can impart the knowledge when it is needed. But, sadly, it isn't required (at least not in VT), at best they offer it as an elective course.

Yea here too, it’s kinda dumb because they teach us how to find the square root of pi divided by 9 times x+6=27 is 0, and where the euphrates River is but they can’t teach us how to balance a check book? It’s funny
