Hi @chellechick, I agree with @Rocky64 your rooster might have a respiratory infection. But he also may just have a comman chicken cold. You may want to bring him to the vet if he does not get better in a day or 2. You could give him some warm water and check is nostrils for stuff blocking the way.

Yeah...but the respiratory disease(infection),cant easily be cured.

Steps:Isolate him immediately.
Give him antibiotics in his water.
Then,by Vet RX (check for the labelings,two kinds)
Every day drop vet RX in his mouth.
Feed him scrambled eggs.
Once notice a bit more improvement,feed him chicken feed.
Once you notice FULL improvement,release him back into the coop.

Also,clean the coop,and spray it down,also add antibiotics to the other birds water out in the coop.
 
Even if the bird recovers, it's still a carrier for life, but that depends on what strain of infection the bird has.
