Yes, I breed and raise show quality buff leghorns.
My problem is I recently learned that I have been thinking I have a good shape, but didn't notice that some of my birds have a straight back-line and the upwards tail that meets at an angle and not a smooth curve from base of neck to back to tail... It's really got me depressed... But, what can you do but try?

Something similar happened to me with my silkies, I had a hen that was great in every aspect but had a high back.

Right now I have 3, a white pair and a partridge hen. I had a bunch more over the years but I stopped raising them for a few years. I started raising them again 2 years ago, but could only get ahold of a partridge hen(same one I have now) until last year when I got the white pair, a black pullet, and a blue pullet. The pullets got killed by foxes, but were VERY nice looking.
The white pair

The partridge
400

And the pullets
