I have never ridden a horse before

But there are some people who live near our Church and their field is behind the Church and sometime's their horses come close enough to the fence for us to pet and feed them. But other than that- nope! No horses.

What is the temperature where you all are at right now? It is about 58* here, but its also pretty windy so make that about 55*. I love this cooler weather but my chickens don't, especially the Leghorns. Do y'alls chickens like cold weather?
 
I forgot, it is also rainy here as well. (With a few rays of sunshine now and then)
Well, I take back what I said about my chickens hating cooler weather. They like the cooler weather but not the cold weather.

Mostly we have a high in the 50's and the last two days have been rainy.

I prefer sunny days in the 60's.

The chickens are sure liking the temps, but definitely not the rain!

Random question, has anybody evet watched "the river theif"? Its a pretty new film... I just finished it, and i CRIED MY EYES OUT. It is a christian movie, but not overtly christian, so i just wanted to share. It was very thought provoking. But i *hated* it, but in a goodish way, if that makes sense ;)

Yes! I've seen "the river thief" it's so sad! I also wanted to cry my eyes out!
