Anyone have advice? He was on the coop floor with his head tucked under his wing. He seemed fine yesterday, was eating and drinking even last night. My other Roo can be a jerk face so I’m thinking injury but worries it could be something else. His other eye is fine, no other direct symptoms and he’s responsive but left alone he only wants to sleep with his head under his wing. He’s half silkie and is my prettiest Roo :(

He may have been in a fight with the other rooster.

Since he's isolating himself, move him to a cage/kennel.

For the eye, general care is to flush the eye with saline, remove any dirt, debris or pus from the eye, then put ointment in the eye. Terramycin eye ointment can be found at stores like TSC or online. If you don't have that, you can use Original Neosporin.

Work on hydration. Give him sips of sugar water or electrolytes. See that he gets hydrated. Once he's drinking, then offer food.

Examine him all over for any other abrasions, bruising, etc.
