Roo? and color?

Hi,

I have a little polish chick that has got to be around 6-8 weeks old now. Do you think he is a roo? He looks like he is growing Wattles. Also, is this a white crested blue cuckoo?

looks like a white crested cuckoo could you get a good side shot of the head and a front shot?

X2 on can you get better pictures. From those he does look like a WC Blue Cuckoo, and would say male on a 6-8 week old polish with that much pink wattle.
