Roo got attacked now his ear is swollen,puss and watery

Yep antibiotics too. Instead of giving him 1/4ml I've given him 1/2 ml. Eye is much better, but I still cant get that last bit of pus out. If it's under control that's fine for now. Main thing is to keep him alive.

I think if he had internal injuries it would be evident by now. Yah think? How long have you ever had to tube a chicken?

The penicillin from TSC. I think tomorrow is the last day.

The key keeping them alive is keeping them hydrated.

If he's fighting you, sounds like he may be feeling better. My roo didn't fight when he felt ill, but as soon as he started feeling better and eating on his own, he refused to accept meds.

Oh this morning I saw him drink for the first time. Ya, picked up 60 ml syringes, ya! Now the question is should I hold off on tubing him to see if he will eat? What do you guys & goils think?
