Roo got attacked now his ear is swollen, puss and watery

Yes I saw the pic and read everything, I can see this is going to be a pain in the ass. I noticed he's not eating or drinking. Not crowing either (BAD SIGN).
This is a result of a attack, fox? I dont know, non respiratory.Should I try to push the pus out? I m worried the eye will come with it!
Thanks, Tom
Yes, the pus needs to come out. You can apply a warm saline soaked compress to help loosen it up so you can start working it out. If you need to work on him by yourself, swaddle him in a towel to help control him - a helper would be good.
Flush the eye really well with saline. You may need to work on the eye a few times, depending on how your patient is doing. Put an eye ointment in the eye - Terramycin, Vetericyn eye gel or plain Neosporin.

I agree with @dawg53 If he were mine, I would also administer antibiotics. If you are positive this is from an attack and not respiratory illness Amoxicillin, Doxycycline or Penicillin would be good choices. If it's respiratory illness, then use Tylan50.

Is his ear infected too? In the photo, that is his eye. It would be a very good idea to look him over really well to make sure there are no other wounds hidden under feathers. (his whole body!)
Do what you can to get him hydrated first before pushing food. Plain water, sugar water, gatorade - just get him hydrated.

These chickens have pus in the eye probably from respiratory disease, but you can get an idea of how much pressure is applied (and digging) to get the pus out of the eye
