Ok cleaned out as best I could for now. I took pix before, after. I gave him 3ml syringe of sugar water 6x I hope that's enough for now.I'll do again in 3hrs. Also put some topical ointment on his eye. I used Terramycin.

See the white cheesy material—that and the bulge under the eyelid is all pus, and needs to come out. The ointment will not help until that is gone. Check to see if the eye ball is intact. Doxycycline can treat either respiratory or a bacterial injury. Here is a link for fish doxycycline, and we can get dosage later:

I think I bought doxycycline 3yrs ago wonder where is or if it's still good.it's for fish scale canker right?
I think that bludge is in his eye not under.

Ok picked up pennicylin the type for cattle. It says bring to room temp and administer 1ml per 100 pounds. I have a diabetic syringe how much would I put into it? I didn't buy the small syringe because it starts at 1ml.

Have you opened it yet? I don’t think pen G will work, especially if it is caused by a respiratory infection. But it might, if it is a wound.
Procaine Penicillin G, if that is what you have, dosage is 1/4 ml (0.25 ml) daily for 4-5 days. Give it 1/4 inch deep into the fattest part of the breast muscle, and alternate sides daily.

How many cc is that or units? Those are the 2 types of syringes that I have.
He doesn't have any nasal discharge or rattling in his breathing. He just wont eat or drink starting about 2 days after attack.

Draw it up to 25 units. That is 0.25 or 1/4 ml. Penicillin g is a pretty forgiving drug. You can give 1/10 ml up to 1/2 ml safely in a chicken, but 1/4 ml is a good dose.
