Last time I weighed him he was 8.2lbs probably less now. The only problem I have is my syringes are to big. Tough to get the right amount.
How big are your syringes? You can post a photo of those tooSo that would be 2.88 ml of tylan?

For the Max dosage of 40mg/kg - he weighs 8.2lbs that would be 2.98ml per dose, give that 3 times a day for 5 days.
If you go with the dosage of .25ml per pound that @Eggcessive gave you that would be 2.05ml 3 times a day for 5 days.
If your syringes are too big, you may need to drip the medication beside his beak in order to get it into him. It would be better to have some 1cc/ml syringes, I've found those are much easier to give oral medications. You don't mention where you are, but I have asked the pharmacy for a couple of infant syringes and they gave them to me for free. Some states they won't do that.
I normally order mine online and get about 100 at a time. I've found they come in handy for a number of things. Flushing wounds, giving meds to the dog, chickens, etc.
(@Eggcessive @casportpony @Texas Kiki double check my math please
