Are you willing to learn how to tube feed him?
If he doesn't eat and drink he will not get better.

Sure, I use to tube race horse and give them shots. But chicken are a different ball game.
Where can I get the tubing and what size? I presume it goes to right side into the crop. Then I guess you can smell the tube when it's in there. To make sure it's in there.

I wonder if he would eat if he was around the hens with a TShirt or cover temporarily on his wound? Also, B complex vitamins can help with appetite sometimes. Ground hamburger (small amount) and egg yolk have thiamine which is good for appetite. Does he seem to be pooping okay? Is his crop full or empty, firm or puffy?

It is normal I think to have to get the pus out a few times. You are doing a good job. There is a lot of work and worry to caring for an injured chicken. Saline or 0.9% salt water is good to use to flush the eye, as well as to blot and clean the wound. Mix 2 tsp of table salt into a quart of water or 1 tsp in 16 ounces. Heat to boil, then on low for 15 minutes and you have saline. Store in a glass jar or clean container.

I forgot to mention he's blind too. Been blind for 7+ months. His crop seems empty, not squishy.

I did try to flush his eye out but it didn't work. just a little bit left , lower corner of his eyelid. His ear seems hard and swollen too. I wonder if it to has pus behind it.

Yesterday he was eating better. Today when I hand fed him he was more difficult. Been giving him hamburger, wet bread and eggs.

Temporarily you can use a length of aquarium air tubing (found in pet aisle at WalMart) which can connect to a 35 ml regular syringe from a feed store. A vet can sell you a feeding tube and a catheter tipped 60 ml syringe which is a larger bore tube. The air tubing will pass raw egg, plain yogurt and very thin foods plus water. Here is some information and videos:

The ear could be related if he has a sinus infection, or he might have an ear infection. That probably needs to be cleaned out with peroxide, QTips, tweezers, and maybe apply some neosporin into his ear canal. The poor fellow has a lot of problems being blind. Is that in both eyes. Do his eyes look normal in color and pupil size?

Well last winter he got frostbite in his toes. I am guessing that he had Meraks . Hope I spelled that right. Any who, I presume when he got frostbite it lowered his immune system and allowed the disease to take hold. They say up to 80% of chickens carry the disease.
